By accessing or using the ZERQIVON platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — clients, professionals, and administrators. ZERQIVON reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with continued use constituting acceptance of changes.
ZERQIVON is a marketplace connecting clients with independent professionals for home cleaning and automotive care services. We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication but do not directly employ the professionals. Professionals are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ZERQIVON.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
All bookings are subject to professional availability. Prices are confirmed at checkout and payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Base44/Wix Payments). A booking is confirmed only after payment is received. Service delivery is contingent on accurate information provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booking total. No-shows or cancellations after the professional has arrived are charged at the full booking rate. Professionals who cancel within 24 hours impact their marketplace standing and rating.
Professionals must hold valid public liability insurance, complete ID verification, and deliver services to the Premium Standard. Professionals must not solicit off-platform work, accept direct payments, or share personal contact details with clients. Failure to meet standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
Clients must provide accurate vehicle and property information, ensure water and power access where agreed, and maintain a safe environment for service delivery. Clients are responsible for securing valuables and removing personal items from work areas.
ZERQIVON charges a commission on each completed booking, deducted from the professional's gross earnings. The commission rate is set at the time of booking and recorded as a snapshot. The default commission rate is configurable by the platform administrator and may vary for promotional periods or specific professionals.
Clients may raise a dispute within 48 hours of service completion. ZERQIVON reviews each dispute and may issue partial or full refunds at its discretion. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Dispute decisions are final and binding.
ZERQIVON acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for acts or omissions of professionals. Each professional is responsible for their own work and carries their own insurance. Our liability is limited to the commission earned on the relevant booking. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from services.
We collect and process personal data necessary for providing the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.
ZERQIVON may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community. Users may close their account at any time through the app's account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, outstanding payouts to professionals are processed within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Discreet Risk Services Ltd (company number 17454790), trading as ZERQIVON, regarding the use of the Service.
