Our Promise

ZERQIVON connects clients with vetted professionals who uphold the highest standards of care, conduct, and safety. These guidelines apply to everyone on the platform.

For Clients

  • Provide accurate service details and access instructions.
  • Ensure water and power access where agreed.
  • Submit reviews honestly after each completed job.
  • Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

For Professionals

  • Complete the verification process before claiming jobs.
  • Accept only jobs you can fulfil to the Premium Standard.
  • Upload before/after evidence for every job.
  • Maintain a minimum 4.0 rating to stay active.

Service Quality

  • Every service must meet the ZERQIVON Premium Standard — no shortcuts, no missed spots.
  • Professionals must use their own professional-grade products and equipment unless agreed otherwise.
  • Before and after photos are required for every job to verify quality outcomes.
  • A quality check must be completed before marking any job as done.

Punctuality & Reliability

  • Arrive within the agreed time window. If delayed, notify the customer immediately via the app.
  • Same-day cancellations by professionals impact your rating and may affect your marketplace standing.
  • Jobs must be completed within the estimated duration unless unexpected issues arise.

Professional Conduct

  • Treat every customer with respect, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear identifiable ZERQIVON branding where provided.
  • No solicitation of off-platform bookings or direct payment arrangements.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through the in-app messaging system only.

Safety Requirements

  • All professionals must carry valid public liability insurance and keep it current.
  • ID verification must be completed before any job is accepted.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines appropriate to the service type and location.
  • Report any hazards, accidents, or incidents to ZERQIVON immediately.
